great hearing from ya this morning
this day was kick ass becouse chris and lori made rice and beans with fresh braising greens and salad mix from shadowbrook. yes, the madman farmer kevin lothe is still crankin out fresh goods for our health even in december in nebraska. Lori is the local laison for whole foods and has offered to do a benefit for our community bicycle shop in omaha-more coming
